About Kristen's at Battle Island

     Kristen's Kitchen began life in 2007 as the sole concessionaire at Battle Island State Golf Course. The idea of starting a life in the restaurant business hatched from my father James Aluzzi, a successful businessman for many years. I have always thought that people deserved a great plate of food and that Kristen's Kitchen at Battle Island could and now does, provide it for many.

     For seven years, the Kitchens home has been based out of Battle Island in Fulton NY, where we cater on premise and off premise and serve golfers on a daily basis. The Restaurant has a full bar, full service dining area, a beverage cart and a snack shed at the halfway point of our historic golf course.

     Our food is freshly prepared with as many fresh local ingredients as are available, throughout our season and our jumbo signature wings placed first at the Oswego Wing Fest in 2014.

     At Kristen's Kitchen, fresh, homemade, and great-quality aren't just catchwords, they're our base. Our commitment to food quality and genuine hospitality is highly recognizable and intense. We take pride in our service, employees and being a great place for our guests to have fun! Our menu has a wide variety rooting in the traditions of Great Italian, southern BBQ and many of Kristen's Creations. Staying committed to great tradition but creating our our brand and signature is what we strive for at Kristen's Kitchen, Inc.
